Susan Towey has always loved athletic endeavors, especially anything involving being upside down. With over two decades of professional experience, she has found that fitness and yoga have teamed up to be a wonderful career, hobby, and way of life. She believes that wellness isn’t an endpoint, but rather a path that continually evolves. Susan loves to work out and her positive attitude has inspired clients for many years, even when the first thing they see at 6 am is her standing in their yard with a kettlebell and a jump rope.
Many of Susan's clients come to her because they are forcing themselves to go to the gym out of obligation, rather than an actual interest in fitness. Susan is willing to work with clients using many different styles of fitness and yoga to help them find a modality that they actually enjoy. With customized fitness programs that are fun to execute clients stay focused on their goals and get long-term results. Anyone can force themselves to do something for a few weeks, but Susan is invested in longterm goals and lifestyle upgrades for everyone that trains with her.
